🌟A Day to Remember at Darbari Lal DAV!🌟

We proudly hosted the Interact Club Induction Ceremony, and what a heartwarming celebration it was – a beautiful blend of youth leadership, compassion, and service. 💙

The event began with something truly special – the launch of ‘Prerna’, our new initiative aimed at creating real, lasting social impact. It was a moment filled with purpose and hope, as our students took their first steps toward becoming empathetic and responsible citizens. 🌱

The energy in the room was magical! From the soulful welcome song, a graceful classical dance, to a touching poem on ‘Roti’ that spoke to the heart about hunger and empathy – each performance reminded us of the power of compassion.

A special moment was when our Principal Ma’am, Rita Ma’am, Neelu Ma’am, and Sheetal Ma’am were honoured with Rotary pins, celebrating their unwavering commitment to the motto: ‘Service Above Self.’ 🌟


 

Our student leader, Vanshika, took us through the Interact Club’s journey in the Annual Report – highlighting incredible initiatives like the Roti Bank, Blood Donation Drives, Patrika, Samuhik Vivah, and more. Real work. Real impact. 💪

🎉 The highlight: The formal induction of our new Interact team, welcomed with sashes and certificates – ready to take on the world with heart and leadership!

The day wrapped up with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by our amazing team. 🫶

HAWAN CEREMONY AND FAREWELL ASSEMBLY OF MS RITA ANAND ( HOD BUSINESS STUDIES)

  “A truly great teacher is hard to find, difficult to part with, and impossible to forget.” Its indeed true that ordinary teachers teach their students to succeed but great teachers teach their students to convert their failures into success. With such high spirits and warm gratitude , the Senior Wing of the school organised the farewell Assembly for a learned mentor and a guide Mrs Rita Anand on May 14th , 2025. Respected Principal Ma'am deeply appreciated the  tireless and remarkable journey of 35 years of Rita Anand ma'am imbibed with ethics and morals which have changed countless lives.  " Green and clean earth will bless us with a longer life. "           DL DAV Model School , Pitampura  celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025 with great enthusiasm and dedication. The event aimed to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and conservation among students.          On this occasion Book Cover Designing Activity with the theme SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT was organized for classes XI & XII.  Designs incorporated elements promoting environmental conservation, renewable energy, and eco-friendly practices.          Class X  students created handmade paper bags with a slogan promoting GREEN ENVIRONMENT . Students learned about the importance of reducing plastic use and promoting sustainable practices and pledged to adopt eco-friendly practices.       The Earth Day celebration was a success, inspiring students to take an active role in protecting o...
