The impact of a teacher is often reflected in the eyes of her students—eyes glistening with emotions, respect, and gratitude.

The Senior Wing of Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Pitampur, came together to bid a heartfelt farewell to Ms. Neelu Kalra, a revered teacher whose illustrious career of 35 years has been an inspiring journey of dedication, compassion, and excellence.

To honour her remarkable contribution, the school organised a Hawan Ceremony on November 4, 2025, followed by a Farewell Assembly on November 10, 2025.

Honourable Principal Ma'am, Ms Anupama Sinha lauded Ms. Kalra’s tireless and remarkable journey, appreciating the values and virtues she has instilled in generations of students. Senior Supervisory Head, Ms Charu Bawa expressed admiration for Neelu  Ma'am in nurturing a futuristic learning deep while staying firmly rooted in tradition over the  decades.

Students conveyed their deep gratitude through soulful performances and heart touching tribute. Neelu Ma'am, in her inspirational speech encouraged students to aim high while staying humble, reminding them that true success lies in continuous learning and grounded values.

 " Green and clean earth will bless us with a longer life. "           DL DAV Model School , Pitampura  celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025 with great enthusiasm and dedication.
