  HAWAN CEREMONY - Dr Rachna Sharma " A good teacher is like the rising sun that comes to fill the empty and dark minds with the light of the education "    Hawan ceremony was organized on 19 July,2024 to bless our beloved teacher Dr. Rachna Sharma on her retirement. The event was attended by our Principal Mrs. Anupama Sinha, Senior Supervisory Head Dr. Reeta Maheshwari ,teachers and class X students. The event began with the sacred hawan, symbolizing purification and seeking blessings for Dr. Rachna’s future endeavors. The ceremony was filled with an atmosphere of reverence and gratitude as chants and prayers resonated throughout the school. Principal Ma'am appreciated the guidance and teachings imparted by Dr Rachna to the students through out her tenure of 32 years of relentless service. EXPO 2024 MOSAIC - A SYMPHONY OF TALENT AND INNOVATION EXPO is a significant event in the academic journey of students, marking the culmination of their learning experience in the first decade of formal education. It provides a platform for students to showcase their understanding of various subjects, apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, and develop essential skills such as research, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication. D.L.D.A.V Model School Pitampura, organised its Annual Event, Expo 2024 celebrating International Year Of Camelids. The event was graced by the Chief Quest Sh.   “A good teacher is like a candle – it consumes itself to light the way for others.” The farewell ceremony of  Mrs Vandana Suneja ( HOD Economics) on 14th May , 2024 was a heartwarming event that began with a solemn assembly in the school premises. The event was marked by gratitude and nostalgia as students and teachers came together to bid adieu to a beloved educator who had dedicated 31 years of selfless service to the institution.  The ceremony commenced with the words of appreciation by Dr Reeta Maheshwari for Vandana Mam's passion for her subject and for teaching her students with all dedication throughout her school journey.
