YOUTH ECO SUMMIT NIE

 Youth Eco Summit          Times NIE along with Bajaj Foundation gave students the platform to voice their concerns and find effective solutions related to the E-waste crisis on 18 January 2024 at Siri Fort Auditorium.  The orientation program started with the interactive segment followed by a welcome address by the founder - Mr Pankaj Bajaj.   Guidance waters the seeds of progress. Our students were enlightened by the  Honorable  Prime Minister of India - Shri Narendra Modi , at the 7 th edition of Pariksha Par Charcha 2024 on 29 th January 2024.  PPC is a movement driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to bring together students, parents, teachers and society to foster an environment where each child's unique individuality is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express itself fully. Our students received merchandise and are highly grateful for this opportunity to be a part of this national movement. The Prime minister highlighted points about “The bond between students and teachers must be beyond syllabus and curriculum” and how “Technology should not become a burden. But should be used judiciously”. REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS - 25.1.24

  "The Constitution is not a mere lawyers' document; it is a vehicle of Life, and its spirit is always the spirit of the age." The 26th of January, our Republic Day, is a red-letter day as the constitution of free India came into effect.  The 75th Republic Day was celebrated with pride and reverence at DLDAV Model School, Pitampura. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the tricolor flag by the Principal Mrs. Seema Agarwal followed by the National Anthem and the National Song.  Principal Ma'am in her address apprised the students about the making of the Indian Constitution, its unique features and the underlying values that shall work as a guiding force towards ethics for the present and the future generations.  The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood through live musical band , group dance , speech , self-composed poem and a presentation by class XI students - ' Har Jeevan Ka Ek Aadhaar - Hamara Samvidhaan'.
