Honouring a Legacy of Dedication: Farewell Assembly for Ms. Roma Anand

Diligent educators leave behind footprints that last a lifetime.

On July 31, 2025, the Senior Wing of DLDAV Model School, Pitampura, came together to bid a heartfelt farewell to one of its most cherished mentors. The occasion marked the celebration of Ms. Anand’s remarkable 35 years of selfless service to the institution.

The farewell assembly was a poignant blend of gratitude, admiration, and celebration. Our revered Principal Ma’am paid a moving tribute to Ms. Anand, commending her tireless efforts and the indelible impact she has had on generations of students. Senior Supervisory Head, Dr. Reeta Maheshwari, also shared her admiration, lauding Roma Ma'am's exceptional ability to foster leadership, encourage scientific temper, and nurture a logical and values-driven learning environment.

The students expressed their love and appreciation through a series of heartfelt cultural performances. Their songs, dances, and words painted a beautiful portrait of a teacher who was not only a pillar of strength but also a guiding light for so many.

In her concluding address, Ms. Roma Anand Ma'am urged students to aim high, work tirelessly, and remain true to their goals—an echo of the values she lived by every single day.

 " Green and clean earth will bless us with a longer life. "           DL DAV Model School , Pitampura  celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025 with great enthusiasm and dedication.
