It involves maintaining a balanced lifestyle, including regular exercise, nutritious eating, adequate sleep, stress management, and nurturing social connections. Choosing not to use tobacco is one of the best decisions one can make for their health. Tobacco use is a leading cause of preventable diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and respiratory issues. By avoiding tobacco, one protect not only himself but also those around him from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke. We the students of DL DAV Pitampura, Class X contributed to awaken people about the harmful effects of using tobacco by doing a MEME MAKING Fun Activity on HEALTH DAY. All the students beautifully portrayed the importance of Health and NO to TOBACCO. We all want everyone to know the importance of their Health.
