FINANCIAL LITERACY CLUB INDUCTION

The Financial Literacy Club is dedicated to nurturing responsible money management from early schooling. Its objective is to equip students with foundational financial skills—such as saving, budgeting, and setting goals. The broader mission is to create a vibrant, student-led space where financial learning is engaging, practical, and deeply integrated into everyday school life—fostering creativity, leadership, and critical thinking. The dedicated young financial maestros of our school were bestowed with the responsibility of providing a dynamic platform for financial awareness—just as essential in life as any academic core—during the induction ceremony of the FINLIT Club held on 22nd August 2025.

During the induction ceremony, the students performed an engaging skit that highlighted the importance of managing finances wisely from a young age. Financial literacy is vital for long-term stability, equity, and responsible citizenship—helping students lead financially secure lives and contribute positively to society for which they will also be involved in various activities during the academic year 2025-26.

The club extended heartfelt gratitude to Principal Madam for her unwavering support and allowing the Financial Literacy Club to lead such impactful initiatives. Her encouragement enriched their efforts to cultivate financial awareness among students.

 " Green and clean earth will bless us with a longer life. "           DL DAV Model School , Pitampura  celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025 with great enthusiasm and dedication. The event aimed to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and conservation among students.          On this occasion Book Cover Designing Activity with the theme SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT was organized for classes XI & XII.  Designs incorporated elements promoting environmental conservation, renewable energy, and eco-friendly practices.          Class X  students created handmade paper bags with a slogan promoting GREEN ENVIRONMENT . Students learned about the importance of reducing plastic use and promoting sustainable practices and pledged to adopt eco-friendly practices.       The Earth Day celebration was a success, inspiring students to take an active role in protecting o...
