Workshop on Financial Literacy and Digital Tools - 27.12.24

 A workshop on Financial Literacy and Digital Tools was held by CBSE on December 27, 2024, at the school premises, designed to educate and inform teachers about the importance of financial literacy and how digital tools can assist in personal financial management.

The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Ram Kumar Gupta, an expert with over 18 years of experience in financial planning, training, and courseware development. He has collaborated with industry leaders such as CBSE, Ambition Academy, Cafe Mutual, and Forum India, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the session.

The workshop covered a range of essential topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, and managing finances using digital tools. Participants were introduced to strategies for making informed financial decisions, ensuring long-term financial security, and preparing for post-retirement planning.

The session also emphasized how technology simplifies financial management, boosts financial literacy, and safeguards against cyber fraud. Digital tools were highlighted as essential for enhancing financial skills and promoting financial independence.

Overall, the session was highly insightful and enlightening.
