One Child, One Plant

Initiative taken by the students of Class X

An event focusing on sensitizing the students towards the importance of plants and trees in our life is the immediate need of hour.
Class X Students made beautiful and creative plant pots using recycled plastic bottles since plastic has become a menace for our environment. They also involved the use of mud, a small

sapling and other eco-friendly materials for making pot.
The activity promoted the quality of “ENVIRONMENT CARE” between students and to protect “MOTHER NATURE”


HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAMME 


*Felicitation of  Officials from Ministry of Environment ,Forest and Wildlife by the Principal Mam.

*Interaction of Students with the dignitaries.
*Students of different classes shared their own opinion over this initiative.
*Display of the delightful planters created by the students.
*Recording of the planters and the students who interacted with them.

A Special Assembly was organized on July 23rd, 2024 at Mahatma Hansraj Auditorium of DLDAV Model School, ND Block, Pitampura to welcome the new Principal Mrs. Anupama Sinha.
