BUDDY BINDING BUSTLE CLASS XI

Class - XI Students
June 10 - June 19, 2021

An initiative taken by the school to engage students to enjoy quality time
with their friends and strengthen the bond of humanity is reflected in the
name of “Buddy Binding Bustle”.

Objective of the Activity was to inculcate and strengthen students on the
following parameters:
1- To help strike acquaintanceship between students and strengthen ties of
familiarity and friendship
2- To create an atmosphere of joy, happiness, positivity and liveliness
3- To reduce stress and anxiety caused due to the present adverse
circumstances
4- To encourage students to explore their potential and showcase it
5- To develop physical, mental, emotional, aesthetical aspects of students
6- To promote the values of love, cooperation, teamwork
7- To facilitate holistic approach to education

  “At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom…”  These were the words  by the first Prime Minister of Independent India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on the eve of independence in 1947. Undoubtedly on  this day we pay tribute to our freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the sake of our motherland.  DLDAV Model School,  Pitampura kept this spirit high by paying tribute to the Nation and our founding fathers commemorating the 76th Independence Day.  Principal ma'am, the faculty members and the students welcomed the Guest of Honour Mr Amit Nagpal, a distinguished MCD Councillor who inspired the students with his noble ideas on India's struggle for Independence imbibing a sense of Nationalism and Patriotism amongst the students. Independence Day Celebration - Badge Making Activity

  BADGE MAKING ACTIVITY THEME - INDEPENDENCE DAY The Senior Wing of the school (X -XII) enthusiastically participated in the badge-making activity using Eco-Friendly Material depicting the true colors of Freedom using the Tri Colors. Principal ma'am appreciated the creativity and aesthetic sense of the students while selecting the best entries. Students celebrated the day with full fervor by wearing  hand made badges during the special Assembly.

INVESTITURE CEREMONY (SENIOR WING X - XII) - 17th APRIL , 2023

  “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” A true leader works for a cause in the spirit of selfless service and not for applause.  To inculcate the spirit of responsibility , integrity and leadership , the Senior wing Student Council of class XII and Prefectorial Board of the five house  for the session 2023 - 2024 was formed after strenous interviews and the process of selection.  The newly elected student council members pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the institution while receiving their prestigious Flag and sach from  Respected Principal Ma'am.  It was a proud moment  to witness students being invested with great responsibilities while embarking on a new journey as leaders.  Principal Ma'am congratulated and  motivated the students to keep moving forward despite all the obstacles and challenges that life throws.
