                            Enterprise House Initiative - Folder-Making Competition   To celebrate Children’s Day, Enterprise House organized the Folder-Making Competition under the theme "Crafting Creative Folders". Each house submitted one creative folder of size 13”x 10” from classes (X, XI, and XII). Students incorporated vibrant artwork, such as Mandala, Madhubani, and other creative designs, to make their folders unique. Some glimpses of the creative folders are shared as below -

  "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." — Lao Tzu The Confluence Career Fair 2024 was held on November 12, 2024, within the premises of DLDAV Pitampura to provide students from classes X to XII with valuable information about a wide range of career options across various fields. The event also aimed to raise awareness about emerging career opportunities that students can explore for their future. Representatives from over 15 national and international universities participated, showcasing the diverse courses they offer. The fair provided a unique platform for students to interact with representatives from these reputed institutions, gaining insightful advice and guidance on potential career paths. Sincere gratitude to Principal Ma'am for providing an excellent opportunity for students to explore various career options and receive expert advice to help them make informed decisions about their futures.

                  “Every great accomplishment starts with a youthful dream” The Youth Parliament organized at DLDAV Model School , Pitampura aimed to provide students with a platform to engage in simulated parliamentary proceedings, fostering a better understanding of legislative processes and encouraging active participation in democratic discourse. The students discussed the issue of the Women's Reservation Bill, Uniform Civil Code, Annual Budget, government welfare schemes, Agriculture reforms, Communal harmony, Illegal Emigration The students of classes IXth and Xth participated with full zeal in the mock parliament, representing different portfolios.                                                 Electoral Literacy Club: 2024 The Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) was inaugurated on 12th November 2024 for the students of Classes X, XI, and XII, aiming to foster democratic awareness and active citizenship. Led by the Student Cabinet, the inauguration began with a presentation covering the club’s objectives, logo significance and the importance of electoral literacy.  Principal Ma'am congratulated the teacher coordinators and the student cabinet for aiming high towards the democratic processes of the country fostering good citizenship values and principles. WE MAKE A LIVING BY WHAT WE GET, BUT WE MAKE A  LIFE BY WHAT WE GIVE FOR A NOBLE CAUSE.  On 26 October,2024 Sambhaav’s event at DL DAV , Pitampura embraced the festive spirit of Diwali with beautifully arranged stall by Class X students offering vibrant diyas, rangoli powders, handmade candles, wall hangings and a variety of nice traditional pooja items.         The lively atmosphere allowed students, teachers, and visitors to enjoy the preparations for the festival while shopping for meaningful items. What made the event even more special was that all the money collected from these stall is donated to the needy, adding a spirit of compassion and generosity to the celebrations.                   MODESTY HOUSE DIWALI ACTIVITY : PAANCH MITTI KE DIYE Diwali is not only the festival of lights but to spread happiness among the people.  Keeping the true spirit of Diwali alive, Modesty house organised an inter house activity for class XI -XII on October 25,2024. A short video named, 'Paanch Mitti ke Diye' was shown to the students and a worksheet based on the clipping was given to complete. The students enjoyed the activity and pledged to help the needy on Diwali by buying home made products and mud diyas.
